Kristi has over 25 years of experience in human resources across the automotive, healthcare and workforce solutions sectors. Her experience includes strategic planning,
change management, operational excellence and team collaboration.
Kristi is passionate about education and learning. In addition to her professional experience leading global learning for Fortune 500 organizations, she is also on the board of the historic Pewabic Pottery, based in Detroit.
Ron Woods, Partner
Ron has over 40 years of experience in global executive search. During the course of his career, he has successfully conducted over 200 C-suite searches, working with corporate officers, functional heads and key human resource executives, and partnering with them to develop critical recruitment strategies.
Ron’s professional experience includes leading two recruiting firms and conducting global assignments in Asia, Europe and Latin America. His recruiting assignments have encompassed a broad range of functions and industries, performing strategic search assignments for large Fortune100 corporations as well as not-for profit and privately held concerns.
Cheryl Czach, Senior Client Advisor
Cheryl has over 20 years of experience in leadership development, management recruiting and executive coaching. In addition, she is accredited through the International Coaching Federation.
Cheryl’s professional experience includes executive leadership in human resources, finance, operations, business development, organizational growth, strategy development, staffing / recruiting, and entrepreneurship.
